Do you want to know if you have Alzheimer

So here is the dilemma. The research apparently finds ways to predict if someone would have or develop Alzheimer. These findings precede finding a cure. So the question becomes, if you know or could know that you have the disease, would you want to know? We know there is no cure. It is not for lack of trying or lack of funding as I believe the pharmaceutical industry is well aware of the Billions that can be made by the industry who finds the cure to the condition. What’s your view? Would you want to know you will be suffering from something when there is no cure or would you rather live life and see things come your way?
