It just so happens that I love Salmon!

The recommendation is to eat fish at least twice a week. I’ll have to update my standard menu as I had fish Tuesday but now will have to change that to Fish Tuesday and Friday!

Other than that the healthy recommendation include:

  • Healthy weight
  • Sleep more
  • Be social
  • Work out
